General Digestive Support

  • It is also beneficial for those without digestive issues, as a supportive preventative medicine protocol.     Emphasize: eating fresh cooked whole foods as much as possible; spicing your food to help make it more easily digestible; aim to eat at the same time each day, with the largest meal being midday, when your digestion is strongest
